COLLEGE BAG



We have come up with an idea of a college bag for the students of CCA. The size has been decided in order to accomodate a sketch file and folders. It is an architects bag with internal pockets for holding pen, pencils, stationary etc. The CCA logo will be present on the coloured band. The bag is made of good quality jute.


We propose the colours as shown in the pictures and would like your vote on which appeals to you the most. If you have any additional suggestions please list them down as well.

    i feel red would suit the best against the rough texture of jute..
    firstly coz it is bright and provides a good contrast.
    secondly red as it is used in the logo of our college..so in a way we are symbolising the official colour.

    Since it will mix up with the colour of the jute well.

    i needed to ask that what will be the counting criteria??

    we need atleast 120 to 130 votes before we finalise.

    I also want to point out to everyone that while black may be a grt colour which matches everything and all that...........pls try and imagine it with the beige jute. it just dont look good. As for brown, it just looks too dull. it may look good on sketch books or something but when used as a coloured band like in the bag, which is the only offset from the base, it looks drab. i know that the guys might say they dont want to carry red or any bright colour but its not like the whole bag has been colour washed. Its just a band.

    and the 2nd year had there exam today and the whole class has voted. so the results are varying a bit from the ones being displayed on the blog. also some changes have been made wrto the size of the bag, its been made a little sleeker and the width of the coloured band is being reduced by an inch.

    will keep you guys posted with further changes and updates.

    till then get the others to vote!!!!!

    THIS IS A COMMENT FROM DEEPIKA MAAM
    as far as the bag is concerned i couldn't figure out how to post my comment . but i like the blue one the best. its a vibrant and strong colour and will go well with the staple "denims and tshirt" attire that u all love. brown would look too dull after some time, red may not find favour with many boys and black is just too stern ( and gets dirty very fast).

    So its blue for me
